বেবি কর্ন অনেকেরই প্রিয় খাবার। বিশেষ করে সবজির ক্ষেত্রে যারা একটু আভিজাত্য পছন্দ করেন তাদের মেনুতে বেবি কর্ন প্রায়ই থাকে। আজ থাকলো অল্প ঘি দিয়ে দারুণ স্বাদের বেবি কর্ন ফ্রাই রেসিপি ।
বেবি কর্নের রেসিপি : যা যা লাগবে
- ২ জনের খাওয়ার জন্য ৬-৭টি বেবি কর্ন যথেষ্ট।
- কর্নগুলো মাঝ বরাবর ফালি করে কাটুন।
- চাইলে একটা আলুও ফালি করে কেটে দিতে পারেন।
- ১টা মাঝারি সাইজের পেঁয়াজ ও পরিমাণমতো কাঁচামরিচ কুচি।
- ১ টেবিল চামচ ঘি নিন।
বেবি কর্নের রেসিপি : যেভাবে রান্না করবেন
- ঘি গরম করে তাতে পেঁয়াজ দিন। ভাজা হলে তাতে মরিচ কুচি দিয়ে দিন। এরপর সাধারণ ভাজির মতোই বাকিসব উপকরণ মেশান।
- চুলা খুব অল্প আঁচে রাখুন।
- কড়াই ঢেকে রাখুন। মাঝে মাঝে নেড়ে দিন।
- ভাজি হয়ে এলে চাইলে ধনে পাতা কুচি ছড়িয়ে দিতে পারেন।
