2 peeled potatoes.
4 loaves of bread.
4 pieces of cheese.
1 onion.
Half a teaspoon of chaat masala.
2 tablespoons oil.
1 teaspoon cumin.
1 teaspoon chilli powder.
Half a teaspoon of coriander powder.
1/2 teaspoon dried mango powder (if available).
1/2 teaspoon turmeric.
Salt to taste.
Preparation method for potato cumin wrap
First, you have to make spices. For this, first put one tablespoon of oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds. Stir for a while with coriander, turmeric, chili, and mango powder.
Then cut the peeled potatoes into pieces in a spice pan. Cook for a while, you can also give some water if needed. Cook on medium heat with salt to taste for about 5 minutes.
Take the bread on a plate. Top with onion first. Then add some potato cumin vegetables. Sprinkle chaat masala and some cheese on it.
Then wrap the bread like a roll. Roll all the bread one by one in this way.
Pour the remaining one tablespoon of oil into a pan and fry the rolls on low heat for a minute. This will melt the cheese inside and also create a texture on the roll. In this case, you can also bake the rolls in the oven.
The fun dish can be served with mayonnaise or sauce.
