Carrot Halwa Recipe

Ingredients:

500 grams grated carrots

3 tablespoons ghee

1 cup milk

100 grams sugar (or to taste)

2 cardamom pods (ground)

2 tablespoons chopped almonds or pistachios

2 tablespoons raisins

Instructions: First, wash the carrots thoroughly and cut them into small pieces. Heat ghee in a pan and add the carrots. Stir well until they become slightly soft. Then, pour in the milk and cook on medium heat until the milk is absorbed. Once the milk is evaporated, add sugar and mix well. As the sugar melts, the halwa will begin to thicken. Add the ground cardamom and stir for a little longer. Finally, garnish with raisins and chopped nuts. Serve hot!
