Green Coconut Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup green coconut water
  • 1 cup green coconut flesh
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup boiled milk
  • 1 tablespoon rose water
  • 2 tablespoons soaked chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons crushed ice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped almonds/pistachios

Instructions: Blend coconut water, coconut flesh, and sugar together. Then, add milk, rose water, chia seeds, crushed ice, and chopped nuts. Serve and enjoy!
