Cauliflower is a delight for winter. It is widely cultivated and appreciated as a delicate vegetable for the winter season. You can fry it or make a curry with cauliflower. But, to change the taste, you can also make mashed cauliflower. Here is the mashed cauliflower recipe.
Ingredients
Half cauliflower without the stems, four cloves of garlic, 2 dry chili, one medium onion chopped, chopped coriander leaves, mustard oil, and salt as needed.
Preparation Method
- Cut the cauliflower florets without stems.
- Boil the flowers.
- Mix little salt and turmeric powder while cooking.
- Heat a little mustard oil in a pan and fry the garlic.
- When the garlic becomes brown, set it aside. Fry dry chilies in that oil. Now add garlic and dry chilis mashed. Add salt as needed. Mix onion and coriander and leave with it.
- Finally, add the boiled cauliflower and mashed well. Mashed Cauliflower will be great with hot rice in winter.
