Ingredients to make Korean Bulgogi
- 1.5-2 pound boneless beef
- 2-3 tablespoons soy sauce
- Largely cut two or three onions
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- Half a teaspoon of ginger paste
- Half a teaspoon of black pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon cornflower
- 1-2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1-2 teaspoons of sugar
- Roasted sesame seeds
- Honey to taste
Preparation method of Korean Bulgogi
- First, cut the meat into thin slices. Then cut onion and garlic into large pieces and put into a bowl.
- Marinate all the ingredients except honey and sesame seeds together in a bowl and keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes with the lid on. It is better if it is kept in the fridge overnight.
- Now heat a little oil in a non-stick frying pan. When the oil is hot, put the marinated meat in the pan. The meat should be gently peeled until the water comes out and dries. Once the meat is dry and crispy brown, spread sesame seeds and honey on it. Korean Bulgogi is ready to serve.
