Everything you need to make potato cumin wrap
- 2 peeled potatoes.
- 4 loaves of bread.
- 4 pieces of cheese.
- 1 onion.
- Half a teaspoon of chaat masala.
- 2 tablespoons oil.
- 1 teaspoon cumin.
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder.
- Half a teaspoon of coriander powder.
- 1/2 teaspoon dried mango powder (if available).
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric.
- Salt to taste.
Preparation method for potato cumin wrap
- First, you have to make spices. For this, first put one tablespoon of oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds. Stir for a while with coriander, turmeric, chili, and mango powder.
- Then cut the peeled potatoes into pieces in a spice pan. Cook for a while, you can also give some water if needed. Cook on medium heat with salt to taste for about 5 minutes.
- Take the bread on a plate. Top with onion first. Then add some potato cumin vegetables. Sprinkle chaat masala and some cheese on it.
- Then wrap the bread like a roll. Roll all the bread one by one in this way.
- Pour the remaining one tablespoon of oil into a pan and fry the rolls on low heat for a minute. This will melt the cheese inside and also create a texture on the roll. In this case, you can also bake the rolls in the oven.
- The fun dish can be served with mayonnaise or sauce.
