INGREDIENTS
1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 medium cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon white wine (optional)
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
NSTRUCTIONS
Combine shrimp, garlic, parsley, lemon zest, white wine and salt and pepper to taste and toss to mix
Transfer to a 9×13 casserole dish and spread evenly
Combine melted butter with panko bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese
Sprinkle panko mixture over shrimp
Bake at 425 degrees F for 7 minutes, or until shrimp is pink
Broil at 450 degrees F for 2-3 minutes until the breadcrumbs are golden brown
Dish and serve hot drizzled with lemon juice
