Want to have long hair? But it will not grow overnight. If the tip of the hair is torn, it has to be cut. Because, if the tip is cracked, the hair does not grow. Hair care has to be taken from both outside and inside. In other words, in addition to eating nutritious food, you also need to take regular care of your hair. Eggs, milk, small fish, omega-3 marine fish, mangoes and foods rich in vitamin E are the most beneficial for hair nutrition. You can apply hair pack after oil massage at least one day in a week. Egg, sour yogurt, fenugreek and ripe banana protein pack is quite good for hair.

Triphala (Amalki, Haritaki, Bahera) mixture with sour curd prevents hair loss. It is also good for long hair.

Gooseberry (amla) juice is good for long hair. If you want, you can mix aloe vera with it. This will soften the hair and will also act as a conditioner.

Onion juice should never be applied directly to the hair. Onion acid can damage hair. So you can make a pack by mixing fenugreek and curd with it.

You can apply milk and honey pack on dry or rough hair.

You can put any one pack on your head one day a week. After 30 minutes, wash your hair with shampoo. As a conditioner, you can use fenugreek powder soaked in water for two to three hours. Or you can mix lemon juice, tea liqueur and water together to make a conditioner.
