Vitamin B-12 is very necessary for our body. This vitamin is important for overall growth, new cell formation, blood production, and protein and tissue synthesis. Problems like anemia, fatigue, and paralysis of hands and feet are eliminated in vitamin B-12.

Health problems by the deficiency of vitamin B-12

The deficiency of B-12 will cause mouth and tongue problems. Due to a lack of this vitamin, anemia cannot make blood cells. As a result, the supply of oxygen to the tongue and mouth is reduced. As a result, complications develop in the mouth and tongue.

 

Sore and red tongue (glossitis)

Glossitis is a type of ulcer. This causes the tongue to swell and become red and sore. Small rashes also appear. With severe pain. So if you have them on the tongue, you will know that there is a lack of vitamin B-12.

 

Tongue ulcer

Tongue ulcers are caused by vitamin B-12. If the deficiency is more then you will be in danger. There will be ulcers in the mouth, along with anemia. Because without vitamin B-12, your body cannot make red blood cells.

 

Paleness and burning

Lack of vitamin B-12 causes the tongue to become pale, and burning starts. Only then will you know that you are suffering from vitamin B-12 deficiency.

– Gastrointestinal problems.

– Difficulty concentrating.
