Prawn & Broccoli Stir-Fry
Ingredients
1 broccoli
250g prawns
4-5 garlic cloves (chopped)
2 tbsp olive or soybean oil
Salt to taste
½ tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Instructions
Boil the broccoli in hot water for 2-3 minutes, then drain and immerse it in cold water to retain its green color.
Heat oil in a pan, sauté the chopped garlic until golden brown, then add the prawns and stir-fry.
Add the broccoli, salt, and black pepper, and mix well.
Cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes. Avoid overcooking to keep the broccoli crispy.
Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.
