
Pan-Grilled Coral Fish Recipe

Ingredients
700g coral fish fillet
½ cup lemon juice
1½ tsp sea salt
1½ tsp black pepper powder
50g butter
1½ tbsp full cream
2 tbsp chopped garlic
½ tsp ghee
2 tbsp olive oil
1 piece of charcoal
8-10 saffron strands
Instructions
Prepare the Fish:
Wash the fish fillets and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
Cut each fillet into six pieces.
In a wide bowl, mix 1 tbsp lemon juice, sea salt, and black pepper powder with the fillets.
Let them marinate for 15-20 minutes.
