How to Make Panipuri at Home
Ingredients for Panipuri recipe at Home
White peas (Dabli) – 500g
Potatoes – 4 (boiled)
Egg – 1 (boiled)
1 green chili or Bombay chili (chopped)
Chopped coriander leaves – 2 tablespoons
Chopped onion – 2
Chotpoti masala – 2 tablespoons
Black salt – ½ teaspoon
Red chili flakes – 1 teaspoon
Roasted cumin powder – 1 tablespoon
Tamarind pulp – ½ cup
Readymade puris (panipuri shells) – as needed
Instructions:
Boil the white peas, potatoes, and egg. While boiling the peas, add a little salt and turmeric.
In a mixing bowl, take the boiled white peas. Peel and mash the potatoes.
Mix the peas, egg, and potatoes well. Add chopped green chili, coriander, chotpoti masala, chopped onions, black salt, red chili flakes, and roasted cumin powder. ...
