Not eating food on time is not good for health at all. Obesity or leanness, blood pressure, sudden rise in blood sugar are all due to food.
A new study published in the International Journal of Cancer claims that not eating dinner on time increases the risk of breast cancer and prostate cancer.
The study also tested 621 prostate and 1205 breast cancer patients. Of which 72 were males and 1321 were females.
A team of Spanish researchers conducted the study. The study collected data on the sleep schedules and dinner times of those who took part.
