Ras Al Khaimah is one of the seven emirates that make up the UAE. The magnificent landscapes, a breathtaking coastline and rich desert plains make this place a destination of choice among a lot of people visiting Dubai. While here you can opt for heritage walks to adventure activities to a lot of shopping experiences. The most interesting aspect of this place is its 470m-long via ferrata in Jebel Jais. A unique to the region, it comprises three individual start and finish points, as well as three zip-lines measuring 50m, 60m and 300m. People looking for authentic shopping experiences can visit the souqs here to buy several varieties of dates, baklava, perfumes, gold jewellery, textiles and shawls, carpets, etc.

Situated just a ferry ride away from Singapore, Bintan is the largest island in the Riau Islands province and one that offers the perfect getaway with its high-end resorts, world-class golf courses, and refreshing coastal atmosphere.  Its chief tourist attraction today, however, is Bintan Resorts, a beach holiday destination in the north of the island, covering 23,000 hectares along the entire sandy white coast facing the South China Sea. Located south-west of the Bintan Resorts tourism area, are pristine mangrove forests bisected by the Sungei Sebung river. Visitors can take a boat ride and watch monkeys, kingfishers, otters, tree snakes etc.
