সিঙ্গাপুর থেকে বিনতান

সিঙ্গাপুর থেকে ফেরিতে চড়েই যাওয়া যায় বিনতানে। রিয়াউ আইল্যান্ড প্রদেশের এটাই সবচেয়ে বড় দ্বীপ। অবসর কাটাতে এখানে পাওয়া যাবে উচ্চমানের রিসোর্ট, বিশ্বমানের গলফ কোর্স ও চাঙ্গা করে তোলার মতো উপক‚লীয় আবহাওয়া। এখন এর মূল পর্যটন আকর্ষণ হলো বিনতান রিসোর্ট। দ্বীপের পুবদিকে থাকা ছুটি কাটানোর এই সৈকতটি ছড়িয়ে আছে ২৩ হাজার হেক্টর জায়গাজুড়ে। যার বালুকাময় সাদা সৈকতটি মুখ করে আছে দক্ষিণ চীন সাগরের দিকে। বিনতান রিসোর্টস-এর পর্যটন এরিয়া থেকে দক্ষিণ-পশ্চিম দিকে ছড়িয়ে আছে এক অকৃত্রিম ম্যানগ্রোভ জঙ্গল, যাকে চিরে বয়ে গেছে সুংগেই সেবাং নদী। পর্যটকরা সেখানে নৌকায় চড়ে দেখতে পারবেন বানর, মাছরাঙা, ভোঁদড়, গাছে পেঁচিয়ে থাকা সাপ ইত্যাদি।

 

 

Singapore to Bintan

Situated just a ferry ride away from Singapore, Bintan is the largest island in the Riau Islands province and one that offers the perfect getaway with its high-end resorts, world-class golf courses, and refreshing coastal atmosphere.  Its chief tourist attraction today, however, is Bintan Resorts, a beach holiday destination in the north of the island, covering 23,000 hectares along the entire sandy white coast facing the South China Sea. Located southwest of the Bintan Resorts tourism area, are pristine mangrove forests bisected by the Sungei Sebung river. Visitors can take a boat ride and watch monkeys, kingfishers, otters, tree snakes, etc.
