How to make a cake without egg | recipe for cake without egg Mix 1 cup of powdered sugar with half a cup of sour curd. Mix 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence and half a cup of oil. Mix 1.5 cups flour, half a teaspoon baking soda, and 1 teaspoon baking powder through a sieve. Make the batter by mixing equal amounts of liquid milk. Brush the cake mold with ghee or oil and cover the batter. Place the mold on top of the stand in a large pan. Cover the pan and simmer for 40 to 45 minutes. Insert the toothpick into the cake and see if the cake is done. When done, take it out and slice it.
