Are tattoos halal or haram in Islam?
The trend of drawing tattoos on the body all over the world has come mainly from western cultures. Tattoos are usually made by piercing the skin with a needle or similar object, but in most cases, they are permanent and cannot be easily removed.
Nowhere in the Islamic Sharia is it permissible to draw such tattoos on the body. Because it is a distortion of the natural creation beauty of the great Allah. Jumhur, that is, most jurists and jurists, have called it haraam and abominable.
