It didn’t even take her weeks to discard her old habits of reading books or playing the piano. Phone is her new love now.
Soon her mother notice this newly bonding with phone and it soon became a bone of contention between the two. Her mother tries to prohibit the teenager from using her phone when she was eating or with family.
Kajal known for her calm nature, soon started acting rudely to everyone. Her parents had only two options—either to confiscate the phone or tolerate the behavior.

Nowadays, many parents seek help from experts for his or her children who are constantly busy with their phones. Even married couples aren’t resistant to it,” said Sweta Singh, senior consultant psychologist.
How to stop phubbing
The first step towards breaking this habit is to acknowledge that there’s a drag . And once you realise where and the way you’re misusing your phone, it becomes easier to prevent the activity. one among the items that folks should practise is to line boundaries and know when and where to not use a phone. One such restricted area are often the dining room or at the board once you are having meals. While spending time together with your family, confirm to stay your phone transitioned or in silence.
