Ingredients:
- 500g chicken breast
- 4 medium lemons
- 2 tablespoons black pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 1.5 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 50g butter
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon flour (maida)
- 2 cups ice-cold water

Instructions:
- Cut and wash the chicken pieces thoroughly.
- Marinate the chicken with salt, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and chili powder. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Heat a grill pan on the stove and lightly brush with butter. Once the pan is hot and smoking, sear the chicken pieces until both sides are golden brown and grill marks appear. Remove and set aside.
- In another pan, melt all the butter. Add chopped garlic and sauté.
- Add flour and stir briefly, then slowly pour in some cold water. Mix in the ginger-garlic paste and cook until it comes to a boil.
- Add the grilled chicken pieces to the sauce, cover, and cook for about 4 minutes.
- Uncover, flip the pieces, and cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add the remaining lemon juice and black pepper powder. Adjust salt if needed and remove from heat.
