If we list the most familiar but harmful foods in our diet, the name of sugar will appear at the beginning. No meal is complete without sweets. What is the harm of eating sugar and how can sugar be eliminated?

There are several cups of tea a day. Apart from this, they are mixing harmful sugar in the fruit juice that they are consuming to protect their health.

Research in the Journal of Public Health has shown that when blood sugar levels rise, our brain’s secretion of the hormone dopamine (which creates feelings of happiness) begins to decrease. As a result, the mind naturally starts to get upset. If dopamine is not released for a long time, the risk of depression gradually increases.

Because sugar is high in calories, it’s good for relieving fatigue, but after a while it starts to wear off. Then there is a shortage of energy. Fatigue returns. Sugar increases the release of the hormone serotonin in the brain. Which creates drowsiness and slows down work.

Gradually reducing sugar intake will increase the release of dopamine hormone in the brain. It will reduce depression to a great extent. Cutting out sugar will reduce insulin secretion. Blood circulation will be good. It will delay the age spots on the skin.

So it can be said that if sugar is excluded, youth will last longer. There is no alternative to cutting out sugar to lose excess weight.

Researchers have listed sugar as an addiction. So don’t rush to cut sugar out of your diet. Many eat sugar substitutes instead. It doesn’t make much sense. Addiction persists.

Sugar should be eliminated with time and following the rules. First, calculate how much sugar you eat daily and how you eat it.

If eating four spoons a day, first cut it in half. Eat two meals of sugary food and bring it to one meal. Then eat sugar or sugary foods for one day in a row. Bring it up to one day a week from there. Reducing sugar over time will not have adverse effects on the body and mind.
