Beef with Milk recipe
Ingredients:
Beef – 2 kg
Milk – 2 liters
Ginger paste – 2 tbsp
Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Green chili paste – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
White pepper powder – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Oil – ½ cup
Chopped onions – 1 cup
Fried onions (beresta) – 3 tbsp
Yogurt – ½ cup
Dried plums (alu bukhara) – 6–7 pieces
Cinnamon sticks – 4 pieces
Black cardamoms – 2
Green cardamoms – 6
Cloves – 7–8
Bay leaves – 2
Sugar – 2 tsp
Ghee – 3 tbsp
Instructions:
Boil 1 liter of milk until it reduces and thickens. Set aside.
Wash the beef and drain well.
Marinate the beef with yogurt, oil, chopped onions, whole garam masala (cinnamon, cardamoms, cloves, bay leaves), and all other spices. Let it sit for an hour.
