For this, it is important to keep the scalp free of dead cells. Once a week, warm one tablespoon of coconut oil and massage it all over the head. Lie down on a towel at night. Dead cells of the facial skin
If the face is not cleaned regularly, the dead cells close the pores of the skin. This can cause various problems on the facial skin. You can use face scrub twice a week to get beautiful and healthy skin. Dead cells will be removed and a fresh feeling will appear. You can make a scrub at home to remove dead skin cells. Take a handful of rice. Grind some rice a little, so that there are grains. Make a thick paste by mixing honey with rice powder. Cut the lemon into rounds. Apply the paste on it and scrub your face. After a few minutes, rinse with water. You can also do it by hand instead of lemon. Mix 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of the olive-oil well to remove dead lip cells. While scrubbing, soak a thin cloth in hot water and leave it on the lips for five minutes. Then apply a thick scrub on the lips. After five minutes, gently remove the dead lip cells. Welcome new cells as well as remove dead cells. You can use aloe vera and rose water packs a few days after removing the dead cells. Mix rose water with aloe vera. Massage this pack on the face once a week. This will keep the new skin cells healthy and beautiful.

Dead cells are easily removed from the skin if the blood circulation speed of the skin is good. Blood circulation to the skin is best at night.
