Foods that should not be fed to babies in the first year

3. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends not giving fruit juices to first-year infants. Fruit juice provides no nutrition to babies in the first year.

4. In the first year, children should not be introduced to chocolate. Because it contains milk solids, which can cause allergies.

5. According to experts, the risk of allergies to nuts is high. That’s why peanuts and peanut butter or any nut butter must be avoided.

6. Marine fish should not be fed to babies in the first year.

7. Meat should not be given to children at this time. Because it is very difficult for them to digest.

8. Blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries, and other citrus fruits are acidic. So that acidity and stomach upset can occur.
