Two exercises will keep the lungs healthy

Breathing exercises should be done to improve lung performance, especially in patients with asthma or chronic bronchitis. In addition, it relaxes or reduces stress.

Breathing exercises

Sit with your spine straight and close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Gradually its speed will decrease.

Count one at the first exhalation, the next two, thus up to five. Then start again with a new one. Do this exercise for 10 minutes a day. It is a kind of meditation.

Belo Breathing

This is an exercise for closing the mouth and breathing frequently through the nose. Try to inhale and exhale three times per second. Breathing and exhaling times will be the same. This will quickly exercise the chest and thoracic muscles.

Then breathe normally for a while. Not more than 15 seconds. This exercise will reduce fatigue and increase work ethic and enthusiasm.
