
Ingredients for Panipuri recipe at Home
- White peas (Dabli) – 500g
- Potatoes – 4 (boiled)
- Egg – 1 (boiled)
- 1 green chili or Bombay chili (chopped)
- Chopped coriander leaves – 2 tablespoons
- Chopped onion – 2
- Chotpoti masala – 2 tablespoons
- Black salt – ½ teaspoon
- Red chili flakes – 1 teaspoon
- Roasted cumin powder – 1 tablespoon
- Tamarind pulp – ½ cup
- Readymade puris (panipuri shells) – as needed
Instructions:
- Boil the white peas, potatoes, and egg. While boiling the peas, add a little salt and turmeric.
- In a mixing bowl, take the boiled white peas. Peel and mash the potatoes.
- Mix the peas, egg, and potatoes well. Add chopped green chili, coriander, chotpoti masala, chopped onions, black salt, red chili flakes, and roasted cumin powder. Mash and mix thoroughly.
- Take each puri and stuff it with the prepared filling.
- Place the stuffed puris on a serving plate. Generously drizzle tamarind water over them.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your homemade Panipuri!
