Many people are suffering from back pain at present. Back pain can be caused by various reasons including lying down continuously, working at the computer, working hard, fractures, infections, tumors.

5. Rare, but severe infections can cause vertebral injuries, known as osteomyelitis. Swelling in the bones can cause pain.

In addition, kidney stones or infections can cause back pain. Pregnant women may also experience frequent back pain. In many cases, back pain also occurs from excessive fatigue. In addition, if new bones grow in the spine, back pain can occur.

What to do to get rid of back pain-

If you have back pain, practice straightening your back and moving around. Sleep with your feet high with a pillow under your feet.

When working in a chair for long periods of time, make sure that the seating area is high. Carrying a bucket or bag of heavy water can cause back pain. So something heavy cannot be carried.

Bicycles and motorcycles can cause back pain. In this case, cycling should be avoided. If you have back pain, you need to rest.
