15 minutes of early morning to be healthy

Want full energy all day? Wake up in the morning and spend only 15 minutes. These 15 minutes will guarantee energy for the whole day.

  • Wake up between 7 am and 8 am. Drink a glass of lukewarm water on an empty stomach. Chew a clove of garlic with it. Garlic is nature’s antioxidant. Increases the immune system of the body. Improves blood circulation. Increases energy, and reduces stress.

 

  • Walk for 15 minutes in an open area where there is enough sunlight. Morning sunlight has enough vitamin D, and no harmful UV rays. Vitamin D helps absorb other vitamins and calcium from food. Strengthens the body’s immunity. So there will be no decline in energy throughout the day.

 

  • There is also a rule of walking in the morning. Walk a little faster than usual. Walk 100 to 120 steps per minute. It increases the release of serotonin and dopamine hormones in the brain. These hormones keep us in good mood. Gives the motivation to work.

 

  • While walking, keep an eye on the greenery as much as possible. Walking in greenery improves our eyesight. Natural greenery relieves our stress. Unbeknownst to you, you will feel relaxed and at peace.

 

  • Do not think about any other problem while walking, instead talk positively to yourself during this time.
