Knee and waist pain : 6 ways to relieve

Many people suffer from knee and waist pain when they are a little older. It is very difficult to find a long-term solution even if the pain is temporarily reduced by taking medicine on the advice of a doctor. This painful pain comes back after a few days.

7. Do not take any medicine or calcium tablets without the advice of a doctor. Take any medicine for pain as advised by the doctor.
