Natural shampoos for clean and robust hair

Even before soap or shampoo was made, ancient women cleaned their hair with soapberry. It is also very easy to use. All you need is rice and water. Soak a few soapberries in a cup of warm water before going to bed at night. In the morning, apply the soaked water thoroughly from the roots to the ends of the hair. Rinse with plenty of water. The hair will be clean, the sticky feeling will be reduced and the hair will be shiny.

 

Tea liquor

Tea liquor cleans hair naturally. Cover with a teaspoon of tea leaves in a cup of boiling hot water—cool and strain. Mix two tablespoons of lemon juice with it and massage the hair and scalp slowly. Wash your hair with cold water after 10-15 minutes. It will also work like a shampoo.

 

Senegalia rugata

Senegalia rugata is another natural cleansing ingredient similar to soapberry. It is very effective in cleaning the hair as well as removing dandruff. Using Senegalia rugata twice a week will give good results to prevent premature graying of hair. Mix one spoon of Senegalia rugata powder, one spoon of Indian gooseberry powder, and two teaspoons of fenugreek powder in water and burn it on the stove. The water can be cooled and filtered and used as shampoo on the hair.

 

Split Pea powder

Soak one teaspoon of split pea dal and one teaspoon of lentil powder in a cup of water for one hour. After that, blend it in a blender and apply it on the head like shampoo during the shower. This shampoo is very effective for cleaning oily hair.
